Triggers

Every trigger available to Routario automations and agents.

  • Event — Run automatically when an internal platform event fires.
  • Incoming email — Fire when an email arrives at your workspace inbox address, optionally filtered by recipient (To) and by sender.
  • Manual — Run a workflow on demand from the Automations page.
  • Schedule (Cron) — Run on a recurring schedule using a cron expression and timezone.
  • Something lands in memory — Run when a document, email or note lands in memory — only for the ones that came from where you say and are the file types you say.
  • Webhook — Start a workflow via an inbound HTTP POST with optional secret validation.
