A quick tour
Once you’re signed in, everything lives in the left sidebar. Here’s what each area is for, so you know where to look.
Inbox — your home base
Section titled “Inbox — your home base”You land in the Inbox. It’s the one place that answers “what needs me right now?” — decisions an automation has handed to a person, things to review, and recent activity. When everything’s handled, it says so. Most days, this is the only screen you need to open.
Automations — the machinery
Section titled “Automations — the machinery”This is where the work happens automatically.
- Flows — build and run automations on the canvas. A flow is a trigger plus a sequence of steps. This is where you’ll spend most of your building time. Build your first flow starts here.
- Agents — AI agents you can give a goal and a set of tools, so they handle a task end to end rather than following fixed steps.
- Scouts — Routario’s window into the physical world: a camera, a phone, or a sensor that watches something and lets a flow react. A loading bay, a shelf, a site gate.
Data — what Routario works with
Section titled “Data — what Routario works with”- Tables — your own data tables (invoices, shipments, products). Flows read and write them. See Working with data: tables and imports.
- Contacts — the people, companies, and deals you work with. See Working with contacts.
- Memory — the connected picture of everything Routario knows about your business, so automations act with context. See Memory: what Routario remembers.
- Dashboards — charts and views built from your data.
Dispatch — work that needs a person
Section titled “Dispatch — work that needs a person”When an automation reaches something only a human should decide — approve this payment, confirm this exception — it lands in Dispatch. The flow waits patiently (it survives restarts and holds its place), the right person answers, and the flow carries on. The work areas under Dispatch are tailored to your workspace.
Settings — your account and your workspace
Section titled “Settings — your account and your workspace”- Profile — your display name, avatar, and the language Routario uses with you.
- Security — your password and two-factor authentication.
- Users — invite teammates and manage access (administrators).
- AI — which AI models power AI-using features (administrators).
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- Build your first flow — the two-minute hello-world.
- Building an automation — the mental model behind every flow.
- How Routario thinks — the ideas the whole product is built on.
