The documents filed on a deal, company or contact.
Lists the documents filed on one record, newest first, each with its filing id (what detach takes), document id, filename, type, when and by whom it was filed. A filing whose document was archived in Memory is listed as unavailable.
When to use
Section titled “When to use”Before attaching a document, to check it is not filed already.
When not to use
Section titled “When not to use”For a deal, Read Deal already lists its documents — including ones Memory found about its company and people but nobody filed.
Inputs
