List WooCommerce orders
Module · Stable
Orders matching a filter — by status, date range, customer or product.
Reads a filtered list of orders out of the connected shop, newest first. Filters combine: status (processing, completed, on-hold, cancelled, refunded, failed), a date range over when orders were placed, a separate date range over when they were last changed, a free-text search that matches customer name or e-mail, and a product id to find everyone who bought a particular thing. This is the plural counterpart to Find WooCommerce order — reach for that one when you want a specific customer’s order and this one when you want a set. It returns at most the number you ask for and never pages beyond it; has_more tells you the cap was hit. Read-only.
When to use
Section titled “When to use”When the question is about a group rather than one order: everything still sitting in processing, this customer’s history before you answer their complaint, who bought the batch of a part that turned out faulty. Also the basis for proactive checks — a scheduled flow that looks for orders stuck too long, or one that uses ‘Changed after’ to pick up whatever moved since the last run. Reach for the changed-after filter whenever the question is about a transition rather than a state; each order carries a modified timestamp so the flow can record what it has already acted on and not act twice.
When not to use
Section titled “When not to use”Not when you already know which order you mean — Find WooCommerce order is cheaper and returns the miss as a branch. Not as a way to export the whole shop: it deliberately won’t page, so asking for everything quietly gives you the newest few instead.
