Create Invoice Draft

Start an invoice as a draft — no number, no obligation, editable until a person issues it.
Creates a DRAFT invoice and returns its id. A draft carries no number and no obligation: it can be edited freely, and only a person issuing it assigns a number and makes it immutable. That boundary is deliberate — this skill cannot issue, and there is no input that makes it.
When to use
Section titled “When to use”Use to prepare an invoice someone will review — from an agreed quote, a finished job, or a monthly run. Add its lines with Add invoice line, then leave it for a person to check and issue.
When not to use
Section titled “When not to use”Do not use to record an invoice that already exists elsewhere. And note it cannot issue: a numbered, legally-binding document is a person’s decision, taken in the app.
