This workspace’s deal stages, lead sources and stakeholder roles.
Lists the pipeline stages (in board order, each with its kind: open, won or lost), the lead sources, and the roles a person can hold on a deal. All three are curated per workspace in Deals → Configure, so they differ between workspaces and cannot be assumed.
When to use
Section titled “When to use”Before creating or moving a deal, setting its source, or putting a person on it in a role — to use a name that exists instead of guessing one.
When not to use
Section titled “When not to use”To read a deal’s current stage, use Read Deal. To change the lists themselves, a person edits them in Deals → Configure.
