Routario turns the repetitive and neglected work in your business into automations that run on their own — and hands you only the decisions that genuinely need a person.
Some work gets done manually today: someone chases the unpaid invoices, checks the catalog against the source spreadsheet, re-crews the job when someone drops out. Other work is neglected entirely because no one has the time — the loading bay that should be checked before every delivery, the site camera no one watches. Routario is built for both: the work that needs to happen again and again, but should not need a person to do it again and again.
What you can build
Section titled “What you can build”A flow (also called an automation) is a trigger plus a sequence of steps. It starts on its own — on a schedule, a webhook, an incoming email — and does the work: fetch data, decide, loop over records, send a message, file a document. When a step needs human judgment, the flow pauses and asks a person, then picks up where it left off once they answer.
A few things teams build first:
- Chase unpaid invoices — every weekday morning, find what’s overdue and email each customer a reminder. Nobody has to remember.
- Triage incoming email — read each message, classify it, and route or reply.
- Approve before acting — find the exceptions, ask the right person, and only proceed on a yes.
- Watch the physical world — a camera or phone becomes a check that escalates when something’s off.
